Job DescriptionAPC - American Photonics is looking to recruit a Motivated Administrative Sales Account Manager. If you thrive on achieving exceptional results, you may be a match for American Photonics!The primary role is to maintain and develop supply partnerships with key account, low power Co2 OEM customers, high power end users. The ideal candidate will possess as a minimum a first degree (BS or equivalent) in physics or a related engineering subject and at least 2 years relevant work experience. Self motivation and previous sales experience in the photonics industry is highly desirable - a proven track record of successfull selling will be a major plus. The customer segmentation is very technical oriented and this candidate must be a fast learner and have excellent communication skills. This position requires the candidate to be customer and quality oriented, with fast return and feedback to prospect customers.

APC is a family company in the market since 1995, we are looking for an very flexible and self motivated, enthusiastic, optimist new member to open new market segmentation and new customer and business development. Must be willing to travel but not more than 10-20 trips in a year, if that much. We will provide support to develop new customers and new business.The package will be commensurate with experience and will include a competitive basic salary and sales bonus base on performance. Job RequirementsFirst degree (BS or equivalent) in physics or a related engineering subject or computer science, mathematic degree and related.

A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.

Previous sales experience in the photonics industry is highly desirable.

SHIPPING MANAGER

Shipping & packing person is responsible for the cleaning, loading, positioning, weighing, and quality control; must maintain record keeping documents for track, pickup, and other equipment associated with the daily operation of the packaging and shipping areas; general housekeeping.
This candidate must be number oriented, committed, responsible, and have previous inventory control experience. Salary is dependent upon experience. Minimum 3 years experience.

We are seeking an energetic, part-time Sales/Office Assistant to join our expanding team in Sarasota. This position will be the bridge between our Sales Department and the Marketing Department. This position is 80% Administrative/Office and 20% Design (when necessary). We are looking for someone who is self driven, responsible and has knowledge of graphic design software.
